Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely place the holster and all original hardware in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
